Hey Guys this is Melissa. Thought i would share my before and current pictures. I am considered "in between" at this point because i have about 10-15 more lbs id like to lose yet.....
First two pics are at 153 when i started my weightloss program.... last two are at 128 where i am sitting right now!!!
I am a bit down because while looking at the pictures, i have toned my abs a good bit... but i feel like there isnt much diff in the area of my legs
thats my biggest problem area...... any thoughts or ideas on that?!?!? i run like crazy, lift weights for my legs..... and still.... they look just about as big as they were when I started 
I am please so far though with the new def. i have in my abs.... still have work to do but i am WELL ON MY WAY

( oh yeah... dont mind how miserable i am in my last two pics... had the boyfriend take them and he was being obnoxious to try and get my to smile. I said... seriously... this is not a photoshoot... i just want these for my records.)
