I have no idea how to start this but here goes.
Been here for a couple of wks posting on Cohens Support. I thort instead of dumping all my stuff there i might just come here, write it down and just basic stuff there. Sorry Cohens for putting u thru long posts for so long.
Well, me: Im 24, start weight was 92.82kg and im now about 85.5kg (weigh in tomoz). Finiding the program gd- lacking motivation to eat all the food as i dont get hungry. Not comfort eater- one bonus i guess. I hate water and struggling to drink it. The weather plays a role- too cold! Come on summer.
Aim: by the end of October, want to be back to 60 if not a lil lower. Depends how i look- if i look too skinny i will stay at 60. Ideal is 60-63kg according to Cohens so i guess they know what it should be. I can always redo the program (i own the copy) if i need to lose a kg or 2 at the end.
I have intention of having a reveal night and have my family there to see how i have changed and that i do have an ok body!! I want to show it off- i want ppl to go 'Oh my' , 'is that really Dee???'. I want to have someone admire me for once. I even looked at dresses today for the perfect one. Im pretty sure i know what it looks like but just have to see how it fits. I want it to look gd as well as show off my new body- not flash skin but im sure i know what u mean. Get the looks, comments and maybe a phone number or two
Well, i better go get tea on- mmm chicken with vegies. I am just tired tonight. Get some water into me and ready for tomorrows weigh in.
