Hello mates, I am currently weighing 78kgs and my target is 70 kg.I want to reach my target till the end of August .Lets see if I would be able to do it.

CURRENT WEIGHT: 78 kgs
TARGET WEIGHT: 70 kg
HEIGHT: 5 feet 11 inches
