I had been working out for 2 months, and lost approx 12 kgs. I still need to loose another 10, however the last few months i haven't been able to loose anything!
At the moment i go to the gym daily, i use the stair machine for 30-45 mins, and run for about 30-40. I also throw in weights a few times a week.
I cosume approx 1000 calories a day. I burn about 1000 also.
I've been stuck at 69kgs and haven't budged since losing the 12kgs!
What am i doing wrong!???

I'm no expert, but 1,000 calories a day sounds MIIIIIGHTY LOW!!!! Check your stats, how much you weigh vs. how much you want to weigh and the calories you need to be consuming to get there.
I can relate to the frustration of feeling stuck
