Stagnant weight? :/

I had been working out for 2 months, and lost approx 12 kgs. I still need to loose another 10, however the last few months i haven't been able to loose anything!
At the moment i go to the gym daily, i use the stair machine for 30-45 mins, and run for about 30-40. I also throw in weights a few times a week.

I cosume approx 1000 calories a day. I burn about 1000 also.
I've been stuck at 69kgs and haven't budged since losing the 12kgs!
What am i doing wrong!??? :(
 
:ack2: I'm no expert, but 1,000 calories a day sounds MIIIIIGHTY LOW!!!! Check your stats, how much you weigh vs. how much you want to weigh and the calories you need to be consuming to get there.

hmm thanks, perhaps i should up my calories with mini meals during the day and hopefully i will start seeing more results. its so frusting working out so hard to no avail! ;p
