Stacy's "No-Mayo" Cole Slaw

I came up with this recipe last summer and I'm so glad I did! :)
I actually prefer this now over the mayo cole slaw.

You Need: 1 pkg. of Cabbage-cole slaw mix (located by pkg. salad), 1 large Avocado (or 2 small ones), 2 Tbs. of Fat Free Sour Cream (I have tried this recipe w/Fage Plain Greek Yogurt and didn't like the taste), 1 Fresh Lemon, S&P and Garlic Powder.

In a medium-sized bowl add all of the cabbage mix.
Lightly sprinkle with S&P and just a light/gentle squeeze of fresh lemon.
Toss
In a small bowl, spoon all of the meat of Avocado in and mash up w/a fork. Lightly sprinkle in S&P, Garlic Powder and a light/gentle squeeze of fresh lemon.
Mash and stir. Add the 2 tbs. of FF Sour Cream and stir until smooth.
I will usually add a touch more S&P/Garlic Powder.

Pour over cabbage mix and toss and blend in well. It will seem too thick- that is normal.
Pour in container with lid and chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
It will loosen up and be creamy.

Enjoy!
