Stacky's attempt at weight loss...here we go!

I want to apologize in advance cause Ive never blogged or wrote a diary before so i might not write so well and my thoughts might just be all jumbled, so i hope it makes sense and people enjoy reading it. If not then just skip over it and ill be ok.

So within the last year or so ive been on and off diets. I havent had enough motivation to keep going on it but i know i should. I thought that maybe if i actually write to people about it then maybe ill keep on it. And maybe you all can give me tips on what to do. I have a few people that im kinda doing it with but i havent been that successful. I am a girl and 25 years old and weigh about 240lbs(ill weigh myself for exact when i get home). I have a calorie counter on my phone which i like using cause i can just type in or scan the barcode and it tells me the calories. It says i should eat 1310 calories a day. The discouraging part is that my boyfriend can eat like 1000 more so he can eat when i have to quit. I have a 8-5 job so im sitting staring at a computer screen most of the day. I will admit that im a pretty lazy person so this is hard for me. I usually just go home and watch netflix after work till bed. I know, not good for me. My initial goal is to be 199lbs, under 200. (My other personal goal, it to have my boobs stick out farther then my stomach, instead of the other way around which its like always been) Ive always been overweight so that will be a nice change. I have a gym membership at our local community center and i was going to the gym last year, but that kinda stopped. I would run and walk some at the beginning then mess around on the weights. I never really knew what i should be doing there, so i just kinda did whatever. I got excited when i was able to run a whole entire mile without stopping, but that was only like once. My goal was to run the mile in 10 mins but i never made that. I came close, i think i got to 11 mins. Then recently i started doing some exercises at home, but ive gotten out of that habit of that too. I was doing it with my sister so that was good accountability. This is what we did:
Day 1: 50 squats, 25 sit ups, 15 push ups, 100 jumping jacks
Day 2: 55 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 110 jumping jacks
Day 3: 60 squats, 35 sit ups, 25 push ups, 120 jumping jacks
Day 4: REST
Day 5: 70 squats, 40 sit ups, 30 push ups, 140 jumping jacks
Day 6: 75 squats, 45 sit ups, 35 push ups, 150 jumping jacks
Day 7: 80 squats, 50 sit ups, 40 push ups, 160 jumping jacks
Day 8: REST
Day 9: 100 squats, 55 sit ups, 45 push ups, 180 jumping jacks
Day 10: 105 squats, 60 sit ups, 50 push ups, 190 jumping jacks
Day 11: 110 squats, 65 sit ups, 55 push ups, 200 jumping jacks
...and so on. It was inspired off of the 30 day squat challenge. I think i got through day 5, so i didnt make it very far. I think im gonna pick up from 5 today.

Todays food:
Breakfast: Shortbread cookie
Lunch: 6" Turkey Subway with american cheese and mayo, light lays chips, light lemonade
Supper(plan): 3 Hotdogs and 1 piece of bread and a potato

Todays planned exercise: Day 5: 70 squats, 40 sit ups, 30 push ups, 140 jumping jacks, and maybe walk 2 miles.

Please anyone give me tips about what i should be doing or what im doing wrong or what should be different. I really appreciate any help i can get!! Thanks everyone!!
