Hi Everyone,

5 weeks after my last photo post so time for a new one! This week is a big one for me as I'm no longer classified as "OBESE" according to my BMI

I have now lost a total of 11.4kgs in 12 weeks... I have another 15.6kgs to lose to get to my goal of 55kgs. I've lost 64cms and down 2 dress sizes.

Starting weight - 82kg

1st photo - 78.5kgs

2nd photo - 74.3kgs

3rd photo - 70.6kg (current weight)

I'm on meal replacement shakes, and working out on the crosstrainer at least 1 hr each day and doing situps... although I have been lazy the last 2 weeks because I have friends visiting from home.

Miss Stacey

Keep up the good work and you will keep noticing a bigger change all the time. Starting out is the largest and hardest time because our bodies are use to bad habits including eating..

I know how you feel because I am just getting started also. Living life seems to get in the way as you mentioned Joining this forum will give us some support from others and seems to be what we need.

DianeG - The first few weeks were the hardest! But I'm so motivated now so it's much easier... although I live away from home and when I have friends visit, they want to go out for dinner and clubbing etc... then it gets hard! Because I'm calorie counting and doing my shakes, but I don't want to miss out on spending time with friends. I figure this is life though, so I'm just putting up with it. All the best with your journey.... are you posting photos? I'd love to follow your weight loss.

AmberBrown - Thank you! I'm actually enjoying it - very surprisingly... I think it's friends and people noticing that's really boosting me to keep going!

How wonderful to be out of the Big "O" category!!!! Well done! enjoy every minute and keep going because you look AMAZING!!

AI feel like I have got more energy since I stopped drinking coke and stopped eating the junk food. After eating all that stuff I would feel tired and wanted to take a nap. Just keep up the great work that you are doing and you will see results. Keep us updated.
