My weightloss journey has been just that, a journey. All my life i have been overweight but it wasnt until highschool that i really started gaining weight. My freshman year i was diagnosed with a heart disease and it became my crutch. i felt like i couldnt do anything because it would hurt my heart but in the end it became my excuse. I knew that exercising would help it but did i care...no. So after i graduated highschool i had hit my highest weight at 230lbs. i decided enough was enough and started walking everyday. eventually i got down to 190. i maintained that weightloss until last summer when i had a flair up on my heart I had to have surgery. the surgery worked and during my recovery i started putting the weight back on. This past January i joined a gym with my mother, it was nice to work out with a buddy, we started going once a week, then it became every other day and now its everyday. We also paid for a trainer and i have to say that i love it. He is awesome and knows his stuff. so far i have lost 5% body fat and 6 inches but the weight stays at 210. I can see some changes but not enough maybe one day i will post pictures but anyways this is my journey from 210 until fit!
