Squats

Hey,

I'm trying to bulk up my quads, and iv been doing standard squats lately, occsiaonaly switching to a hack squat, with my feet somewhat closer together to focus on the quads. 4 sets, all with 10 reps increasing the weigh towards the final set. I do a full body on Monday Wednesday Friday with cardio in between sunday off.

Is that a good (rep - set) range for bulking the quads or is there a better way?

Keep squatting and eat. Legs take awhile to build. Keep at it.

Squats+1 gallon of milk daily will take care of the problem.
 
I can't wait till I'm old enough to buy all the Milk and Oatmeal I can eat. The rep range looks good if its working for you. Look into the "20 rep squat program". Search it on google. I don't know much about so don't take my word for it but I have read that alot of people have gotten very good results from it.
