ok just started these... i didnt do them in past cause i thought my legs was ok but now my top looks massive and now my legs need work hehe
.. so i just did some and started with a weight of 30 kg each side and went for it and crackles from my legs did about 8 then stop did 8 more then couldnt do anymore watsoever. im thinkin lowerin the weight shall i? and how many reps should i do, im guessin these crackles in my legs will go after a while, damn squatting is hard work!
