Squats or Deadlift?

I would say dl's because my quad development was much greater than my ham development until I found out about deads.

Of course, my glute development is pretty ****ty as well, so it's a toss-up if it comes down to it.

Think about what you want to develop, but remember, you should still be doing both.
 
Lei's got another point, you need to do both or alternate them. Unless you've found another great exercise to take place of one (which we've all tried)

I was doing squats for the last 2 months and got stronger on that, and when I tried deadlift today it didn't get much stronger as my squats did. Just wanted to know what was going on, so thanks for the advice guys.
