Sprouted bread, cottage cheese & cinnamon

This is what I did:

Take a slice of sprouted bread (or a slice of whatever you usually eat), toast it and then spread some cottage cheese on it as though it were butter (I use nonfat). Sprinkle some splenda and cinnamon on it. I like to push it into the bread with a spoon so that it sticks.

Ok, so it doesn't taste exactly like a cinnamon roll but it got my craving for one out of the way! To add some zest I also took a coffee mug and put 3 large strawberries in it with 15 blueberries and heated it in the microwave for 40 seconds (give or take). Dip the cinnamon bread in! Yum yum! I ate the excess fruit with a spoon. Yummy and warm!

Yea, that's right, I was bored and was on the verge of eating junk :p I think this was a better alternative.

That sounds good. When I have a bad craving, I'll have to try it.
