sprained ankle need cardio, please help!

I was canoeing yesterday and when we flipped my ankle got wedged between the canoe and boulder. I can walk/slight limp and it's swollen and bruised but can't miss another workout day. What kind of cardio can I do that doesn't involve me using my ankle? I have access to: kettlebell, ab circle pro, boflex extreme, free weights??? Please and thank you
