Football players (soccer) do lots of cardio to last 90 minutes
American Football players will mix up cardio and weights for short explosive bursts of power.

Oh I don't really like it.. He has the one arm bigger than the other, but this is too much, I personaly think that this is not nice..
 
Most training sessions are sports specific.This type of training means that the exerciser is actually performing their chosen sport during the exercise session.Swimming is the best exercise.These exercises are always bringing an added advantage to the performance of the teams. Walking is also best exercise.
