Split vs. Full body ... here we go again

hey for about a year i did split and now recently i turned to a full body. i know the proper routine for full body and split and i know this could bring about another flame war debate but i just wanted to know your thought based on this subject. which is more effective
 
do a search, we have debated this a thousand times, theres no point for everyone repeating their arguments.
 
You'll soon see which is the most effective for you. I personally seem to respond best to a split routine but I think full body is best for most people.
 
It is about how your body responds to training.

For most people full body will work for a time. After a while a split will be the next step.
 
by "split" do we mean like "chest, tri" days and stuff like that. Or stuff like upper/lower Push/pull etc too?
 
I guess technically upper/lower and push/pull would be splits too, but much better splits obviously than people I see doing bicep days...
