Spinning / aerobiking?!

Hi everyone!

Does anyone do this? Is it a food form of exercise?

I am currently still focussed on losing the weight and fat and getting my fitness better and then I want to start with p90x etc but I am nowhere near ready yet.

I am currently doing swimming 2 times per week, weightlifting 2 times per week and cardio once per week.

I am going to use the cardio session to build up to doing 5k, and will prob try to use some interval training for this.

But I am thinking about either adding a sixth session or converting one of my swimming sessions into something more challenging - does spinning count as this?!
