Special drink

Well hello...
im 15 years old....building in a gym like 5 times a week.....
and anyway...i dont have much of i diet atm.....just anything that comes to hand...except some really fat and sweet food.

But i do ''like'' to eat a raw egg (white only) after workout...
but today i went into the kitchen and though i could make something more tasty outta this :p
and so i came up with this

2 raw eggs (only white stuff)
0.1l / 1dl of milk
and one tea spoon of honey (u can put more if u like to,can use sugar too but honey is a bit healthier :p)

fairly simple but tasty :p

So what i really want to know is......is this healthy?
i mean obviously it isnt that much unhealthy but is it good to use after workout?
I know proteins are good after workout and raw eggs have those...and milk does to....

Well what do you guys think?

1) five days a week will be detremental in the long run. stick to a fbw
2)why the raw eggs?
3)you need lots of good fats in your diet
4)you need more protein, as well as carbs pwo
 
dude, just eat a bar and drink three glasses of milk after a workout. Look at the stickies and people's posted workouts to see what you should maybe be doing.
 
Raw eggs are great!!!...for salmonella poisoning that is.

Dump the Rocky routine, or you may end up spending a week on the toilet.
