Soy vs Whey

I realize that "flaming" is kind of nonexistant around here. but really, try a search. this topic has come up at least twice in 3 or 4 months... here since i've already determined that you don't like searching
Here is one about soy...
Here is one about whey...

last month some research came out about soy and a negative effect on sperm count or something to that effect. :(

neither one really fascinates me personally

ive read those already

I was asking about a direct difference, if anyone had any study information...
searching is not my problem a response to the direct question again...
comparatively what is the plus and minus of the two.

We'll have to apologize for mreik - he's just coming down from 'roid rage'. ;) Kidding!!! I kid! I'm a kidder! :D

All I know about soy is that the soy beverages I've tried all tasted like crap. I know that I've used whey proteins in the past, and they've never steered me wrong.

Some studies say that estrogen goes up, and with that testosterone down, lessening the sperm count.

Since we established the search thing :) i was wondering real quick if testosterone/estrogen was like this: like if your testosterone was at X number then estrogen would be at X number, like if testosterone was 90 estrogen would be 10, if it was 40 estrogen would be 60, etc. thanks

no contest.

avoid soy.
