All I know about soy is that the soy beverages I've tried all tasted like crap. I know that I've used whey proteins in the past, and they've never steered me wrong.
Some studies say that estrogen goes up, and with that testosterone down, lessening the sperm count.
Since we established the search thing i was wondering real quick if testosterone/estrogen was like this: like if your testosterone was at X number then estrogen would be at X number, like if testosterone was 90 estrogen would be 10, if it was 40 estrogen would be 60, etc. thanks
