soy protein

I picked up some soy protein (cheapest, smallest box, figured i'd give it a try) today, and I was wondering how much a male 14 year old in good shape playing football trying to bulk up about 6lbs should take and when. Thanks

Ps. Each 'scoop' (6 tablespoons) is 20g protein.
 
I'd recommend very little to none. Despite the amount you take in, studies have shown that at any amount estrogen levels are increased in males.

max bench: 135
max squat: 235
max deadlift: 195
max clean: 115
max clean and jerk: 105


So am I getting boobs or what are the side effects?

Wait wait wait...Im completey ignorant on soy protien??...boobs??...someone explain this to me please????
 
Well soy is a bean. This bean has 3 types of molecules called isoflavones (spelling?? i dont remember from class), and these isoflavones have a similar structure, that is almost identical to the body's natrual estrogen. And research has proven that consuming even mild amounts of soy can result in raises estrogen levels and "estrogen mimics" which are the effects that raises estrogen would have on ones' self...

ESTROGEN = CRAP

SOY = ESTROGEN

SOY = CRAP
