Soy Milk Smoothie

Found the above recipe while trying to help a friend find a quick, easy, tasty breakfast option that didn't involve cow's milk. I made it as specified, except I used a fresh banana and real sugar instead of the substitute. It turned out really good, though I think I prefer a more acidic taste to my fruit smoothies, so I'd reduce the sugar a bit next time I make it. (I opted for the frozen raspberries, and used Organic Silk for the soy milk.) Very tasty and filling, yet has a light texture on the palate. Give it a go - you might like it.
