Well, today i weighed myself thinking i'd lost weight over 3 months and i haven't. This depressed me. Even though i've lost 2 inches from my hips i still feel fat. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but i already had muscle.. i don't know..
I want to lose 24 pounds over the next three months. In fact it's time to start thinking positive. So I will do it!!!!
My main problem area is comfort eating. Most of the time i eat healthily and exercise quite a bit, but it's when i'm snuggling up to watch a film or something similar that i go and get snacks to munch on.
I'm 11 stone 3 and i want to get down to 9 stone 7. I am confident this can be done in 3 months.
It's a mental battle to not use food as a comforter for me. I need to learn to be my own best friend at comfort myself in other way, not using food. I am not going to snack in between meals from now on, unless my tummy in genuinely rumbling.. sometimes i think, oh just i'll just snack this time and then that happens every time, so no more!!
