Sore shoulder

My left shoulder and left forearm both have this pulled kinda feeling when i move them in certain ways :( I was doing shoulder preses and on my last set my left arm started to really hurt so then i stopped after that and did some other shoulder exercises. for some reason my body seems really easy to pull muscles at the moment ??? lucky that is the last workout i can do for a while since the gym will be closes so for chest day i will just do Dumbbell bench and some push ups at home or do you think i should take it easy ? It kinda feels like my funny bone being hit when i move it in a certain way ?
 
Look up tendinitis. I get it in my shoulders and elbows very easily. The only rehab for me is advil, ice, and, most importantly, staying off it.
 
The ice and rest idea should help. You mentioned that you kept working out after you had this pain. Never a good idea. When working out, the endorphins are flowing and this sometimes masks the pain, meaning you could have further injured the arm by continuing to lift.

Be sure to always use lighter weights to warm up before just going to the heavy weights. Make sure you give your muscles adequate rest, also. You should be doing equal work for all the muscles and not just your upper body. If you are already doing this, forget that comment.

Change up what you do as far as weights, reps, and sets every so often to give your muscles a new stimulus. Pay strict attention to technique and form. Lifting heavy weights with poor form is an injury waiting to happen.

Been there and done that. Plenty of past injuries. Now I know better.
