My left shoulder and left forearm both have this pulled kinda feeling when i move them in certain ways
I was doing shoulder preses and on my last set my left arm started to really hurt so then i stopped after that and did some other shoulder exercises. for some reason my body seems really easy to pull muscles at the moment ??? lucky that is the last workout i can do for a while since the gym will be closes so for chest day i will just do Dumbbell bench and some push ups at home or do you think i should take it easy ? It kinda feels like my funny bone being hit when i move it in a certain way ?
