Sore Glutes!

Well after a 11day break over christmas from training, my first since June, i done full squats yesterday and boy my butt is sore has is most of my quads.

Take home note: Full Squats will Hit the butt alot more then parallel!

I'm getting cramps in my glutes and hips when doing situps? :(
Whats causing them?

Because sit-ups target your quads/hip flexors after the first 45 degrees of a sit-up... no surprise you're feeling it there...

Yeah, I always do full squats, Much more challenging.
I go parellel with back squats and full with front squats.
