Last couple of my workouts my forearm kinda in the middle has been really sore and today i did my arms and back and when i started arms and doing some bar curls they both really hurt
i still did like 10 reps and then went to dumbbells and did hammer curls which had no pain effect then i did barbell curls again and it still kinda hurt then back to dumbbells and then barbells and the pain was practically gone ??? it was like this pulling pain almost like you feel when you hit your funny bone.
