since your alll so smart,

I have a question. I'm 21, started at 333.6 pounds, im down about 70 pounds right now. im hoping to be at 180 before November, and after that I want to lose another 25 pounds.

So am i going to look deflated? or will my skin bounce back? is there something I can do now to help? and does it matter that most of my weightloss has been diet alone? Will i simply need surgery?

Any what about my arms? legs? ect..not just my tummy right?

I'm prettty nervous...

Thanks.

hi there. i'm no expert but this is my opinion. you are at 263 now and to be at 180 by november meaning you want to lose 83 more lbs. sensible weight loss is around 1 to 2 lbs per week so going by 2 lbs per week up to end october is just about 66 lbs. sure you could go on a super strict diet and lose more but it's not advisable. you would probably just gain the weight back and more.

now onto your skin. you are still young and your skin is still very elastic so if you exercise regularly and lose weight at a safe, sensible pace your skin should not hang - at all? very much? that i don't know. but that would be the safest, healthiest way to do it.

i assume my weight loss will slow down to 2 pounds a week soon, hopefully not till the end of may. but so far its just been dropping about 4 pounds a week. what i dont understand is how i will gain it back? everyone keeps telling me i will but truely my life style has changed and i dont eat the crap food anymore, so why would it come back?

im on a diet program called herbal magic and its kind of just melting off of me.

im hoping your right though, and that since im young it will bounce back and i wont have to go for surgery. im going to start working out on my elliptical more though.

thanks!

Well if you don't exercise surgery must be a necessity Why don't you do some workout? And slow down you gained it slowly you should lose slowly

im addicted to losing weight...the idea of slowing down is really hard for me to grasp.

working out is getting easier now, ive got a bad ankle and had a few surgerys on it, so now that ive got some weight off it doesnt hurt as much. ...more then anyhting im full of excuses.
