Hi. I'm a male, 18 years old, 5'5-5'6, 160-165 lbs. I think.
I've been weight training on and off for like 5 years. (I think that is why I'm short, but I dunno..) I had an OK body, but after a few parties I gained a lot of weight. I can wear a beater and be straight, but if I take the beater off then BAM.. buddha belly. (No offense)
Can someone give me tips on how to lose fat around my body and a Monday thru Friday workout plan every week. Summer's almost comming up, and I don't wanna be the only one wearin a shirt at the beach.
I don't want to be HUGE, but maybe toned like Brad Pitt? (No homo..)
Also, people say I can still grow.. I don't know if they're trying to make me feel better, but it's working.
I'm driving now, so I'm going to my local YMCA everyday after school, so if anyone has any workout tips, I'd be more than happy to have em..
