Some tips for someone new

I have been working out for two years now and have gone from a 205 pounder 16 year old benching less than 90 lbs to a 165 pounder benching 235 dont worry i work out my whole body just wanted to give you a perspective of what i have done.
Im really trying to cut down now cause i just got into college and i am finally in charge of all my food consumption. currently i am walking to all my classes and weight lift 5 times a week as well as doing 2 other circuts of 5x20 pushups, 5x20 leg lifts, and 5x5 pullups (pushups, leg lifts, pullups, then reapeat) followed by a mile run, until i can increase it, then i tread water for about 15-20 minutes straight. as little rest as possible between those sets. i think im in pretty good shape its i just want to drop my body fat from the 14% its at now, to 9-10 % i know itll take time its just how much protein should i take a day, currently i am taking in 200grams with low carbs (no more after 3) and a relatively low fat as well, my caloric intake is about 1800 a day, i eat real clean but i also need tips for cheap sources of protein cause as of now i am on a budget but i dont drink so all the money most kids spend or beer is going towards food for me. any input is greatly appreciated i want to wow everyone when i go back home for christmas. thanks
