Some questions..

Ok well I am about 6'2, and I am 185 pounds. My bmi is about 23.9. I want to drop enough weight to start actully seeing my mucles like my abs, and my arms and stuff. Around what weight do you think I should drop down too?

Forget bmi.

If you want to lose fat - i.e " to drop enough weight to start actually seeing my muscles like my abs " - it's always a good idea to first get some rough idea of how much fat you currently have on you. You do this by calculating an estimate of your " body fat % ".

You can use this on-line calculator to ' ballpark ' your body fat %.........

....and once you know your bodyfat %, you can ballpark how many fat pounds you have to lose till your abs ' show ' - which btw - usually starts ' really showing ' somewhere around 10% bodyfat ( though this % may differ person to person )

Wrangell is spot-on....

There are several measures you can go by...weight, body-fat percentage, BMI, etc. In the end, most people will see some serious definition around 10% Body-Fat.

If you really wanna focus on a scale figure, I'd guess (shooting from the hip) that you'd need to get down to about 162-167 pounds to start getting the visual cut-ups. But it depends on your build. And let's not forget, as you continue to do weights you'll put on muscle....you could get all ripped and still weigh 185, so working with Body-Fat Percentage is your best way of gunning for a numerical goal.
