Some Questions

Hi, well i`m bulking right now, i buy some l-glutamine(500g), creatine(500g) twinlab 100% whey protein(5lb). When should i take the glutamine before or after workout?, i made the loading phase of creatine (20g eachday for 4 days) then in non training day how many scoops i should take, as well in training days how many and before or after workout?(5grams each scoop), then do i have to do a cycle like 2 week use creatine, 1 week stop, then start loading phase the 2 weeks and continue(to prevent retention of water) , then i really want to burn fat fast while i`m bulking, i know we can`t make both thing by the caloric deficit used in the fat loss phase, but i have noticed i increase my mass and decrease my bf% with just eating clean and weights training(it`s slow)i was thinking about make HIT cardio by it`s benefits prevent the loss of muscle (at least not as normal cardio) and the metabolism is affected so you will keep burning fat all day, so can some one please tell me a workout or what do u think about this one: ( effort scale 1- very low, 10 max)

and when should y make HIT cardio, training days or non training days, and should i do it before eating something like when i just wake up? the i buy a polar watch i do a sprint as fast as my body can i get up to 227 i that dangerous?
 
Forget all that cycling of your creatine and just take it. It doesn't matter when you take your glutamine; it won't have much of an impact on your training.

What does your workouts look like-resistance training.

does the gym have a track?
