Hi, well i will start my bulking again, i buy creatine when i should take them(pills) before, after workout, and what is the amount of water i should take?, then a trainer in the gym told me that dips are bad, that dips where used long time ago and he put me to do another exercise... but i really like dips, then that working the lower abs (rising the legs) really don`t exercise your lower abs that all the exercise was concentrating in the legs... that you will feel like a workout in the abs but they will not be working....
