Alright, so BMR is how many calories I'd burn if I did nothing but lay in bed all day without moving, correct?
I'm 6"2 177lbs so my BMR is 1,978.
I'm confused about some of these calculator websites.
For example, watching a 3 hour movie burns 242 calories it says.
So do those count as extra calories that I burn each day ADDED TO my BMI?
So for example (unrealistic of course) If I slept 21 hours and then watch a 3 hour movie I would burn 1,978 + 242 that day? My outtake would be 2,220?
