Some Motivation For You (Pictures Included)

Hello,

Im a fairly regular 19 year old guy who is not too self-concious about weight and food and so on. I've always carried a bit of weight on me and I have always felt that my face lacked definition.

In my determination to change this, I joined my local gym for a month and went every other evening after work. My workouts were intense (mainly involving boxing and upper body resistance excersises). I also cut out all sweet foods, white bread and foods high in saturated fat (crisps, cake etc).

The results arn't too spectacular, but I feel they show how much improvement can be made in just a few weeks. The picture on the right is taken on the first weekend before the program and the picture on the left is from the first weekend afterwards.
