Some Help

Well im 16 years old going on to 17. 220 pounds im around 5,10-5,11
Im trying to get rid of the fat before the summer is there anything i should know? like what excercises and effective ways to lose weight quickly within a 2 month period...

What i eat :
BreakFeast mostly nothing...sometimes i go to school real early and i get to eat a bagel and some cereal with low fat chocolate milk
Lunch: Turkey SandWhich mostly with a small amount of turkey and chocolate milk
Dinner : whatever my mom cooks...

*Willing* to diet? A diet is what you eat - not some starvation ritual. You're on a diet right now -- problem is that it's a bad one :)

Here're my general guidelines for diet:
1. Small meals throughout the day, roughly 3 hours a part, the last one being at least 2 hours before bedtime - no less.
2. Each meal should be roughly the size of 1-2 adult fists, and consist of about 50%-70% protein, 15%-25% carbs, and 15% - 25% fats.
3. Cut out sugar as much as possible
4. Drink 8 - 16 glasses of water a day

As far as what to eat, look at any of the first 10 posts in the food-related forums here. They all contain good diet tips (I'm too tired right now to reproduce various recipes at the moment).

For rapid weight loss as far as exercise is concerned, lots of cardio is your best bet.
