Some help would be great.

Yeah, I can get a barbell for 20-30 euros and some new weights shouldn't be hard to find. I alreayd have about 4kg of weights from my other barbell.Would 14kg be allright?

If you don't have space, I'd get more dumbells, but if you do have space, invest in a good olympic barbell and weight set. These are typically 45 lbs, which is like, 22 kg or something crazy like that.

Ok. My teacher let me and some friends into the fitness room today. I bench pressed 22kg including the barbells weight. I'd do 10 reps, wait 90seconds and do 10 more so did about 50 lifts in total. Is that a decent amount for muscle mass building?

Check there, and use exercises from that. Learn what exercises work for you best.

Don't bench for 5 sets and 10 reps. Instead, do something like 3 sets of 10, then skull crushers, 3x10 and military presses, 3x10.

Something like that, and definately not everyday.

Ok, so would 10 lifts/200 jumping jacks/10 lifts/20 press ups on Mondays, wednesdays and fridays be a good way?

Ok,what would you reccomend instead? the last ones you mentioned didn't mean a thing to me. Could you give me an explanation of skull crushers and military presses or would I need new equipment to do them.

How about you check the link I gave you, it has program sketches specifically for those who don't have equipment.

Also take a look at the first link I gave you, as it has lists of many, many exercises.

Oh sorry, didn't see the second link. Your right, thanks a million for that. But one final piece of help: would it be worth buying a barbell to add in to the routine as it's something I can afford and how should I add it in?
Thanks

It probably will, I would weigh your options though, like how long you're going to be in school, how much room you have, whether or not you'll be able to safely drop the weight, etc.

Right well I'll be heading to Uni at the end of the year, at the moment space is no problem and i can move the furniture around to fit in a bench which can double up and so forth.
A barbell seems dandy so I'm assuming it's a good idea?

How do Dumbbells and Barbells work differently? Does the fact one uses both arms at once and the other uses them one at a time make a difference?

Yes, it makes a huge difference. Ideally, you should be utilizing both DB's and BB's, but since it sounds like you're going to have to go through some hassle for a barbell, and it will only last about 6 months until you leave, I don't see a big need to attain one.
