Some help please.

Hello, I am a firefighter. I work for a mid-sized department in Southwest Missouri. I would like to start getting myself and my crew in better shape starting next year. We are all 21-33 years old. For the most part in decent shape, a couple of us could stand to lose 20 pounds.

We have the following equipment at our disposal at the station. We work every third day, I don't believe I will be able to get any of these guys to go to the gym on their days off, so I need some help setting up a workout we can do on the days we works with the equipment we have. Any help would be appreciated, If I am in the wrong forum then please let me know. Thank you.

We have

A weight bench with most weights and a bar
A treadmill
A Bowflex
A stationary bike
Jump Rope

Again we need to be able to do the workout every third day when we work, we usually have about 1-2 hours to workout in the late afternoon. Thanks.
