I love to bake! And when my pilates instructor brought us these on our last day I fell in love. They're awesome. The only problem is I don't know their nutrition facts, but it looks like they wouldn't be too bad. I'd probably only eat a couple a day and try to estimate their calories. Hope you like them!

White Chocolate-Studded Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies
Heave Oven 350 Degrees
Bake: 11 min per sheet

INGREDIENTS
• 1 ¼ cup of brown sugar
• ½ cup of margarine ( you could probably use a little less butter or use applesauce or olive oil if you wanted to go healthier)
• ½ cup plain fat free yogurt (Dannon Lite and Fit Vanilla yogurt works really well)
• ¼ cup of water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 egg whites
• 3 cups of quick cooking oatmeal
• 1 ¼ whole wheat flour
• 1/3 cup baking cocoa
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cups white baking chips (You can always add more!!)

Mix sugar, margarine, yogurt, water, vanilla, and egg product in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except baking chips. Stir in baking chips

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes. ENJOY!!!
