soccer

im a 15 yr old freshman adn will be starting soccer in the spring. i havent played for over a year and im very out of shape. i was never really serious about training, but now i would like to take this seriously. if ne one has ne tips for me to beging serious training it would be much appreciated. thanx :)
 
If you are out of shape then you could do some cardio. Do a mix of different sprints and speeds or runs, and do a long run maybe one day for stanima. Go out with some friends and shot, pass with the ball. Juggling is a great way to improve touches. Go out there and play and have fun.
