Soccer Routine

Hi guys. I'm in a training pool right now for the Newfoundland Canada Games Women's soccer team. There are 3 goaltenders in the pool (including me) and they are taking 2. I REALLY want to be picked to go to the Games and I was looking for someone who can help me set up a workout routine for during this off-season. The team is being finalized in May. I have access to a workout room and an agility ladder. I play hockey at least 3 times a week as well. Any help is much appreciated.

Well I use a Bosu ball to work out and its really fun, and I know they have DVD's specific for getting in shape for particular sports. They've got one for using the Bosu ball to train specifically to be in "soccer" shape that you could try using. I find the Bosu quite fun. It trains for balance and strength as well as cardio :D
