I need advice on how to rid myself of the belly fat. I do cardio and weights at the gym and things are looking great but I'm really struggling with the belly fat....any ideas? By the way...i'm not interested in any kind of weight loss pills. Thanks!
 
Exercise and cardio are all well and fine, but the bottom line to weight loss is food. If you eat more than you burn, then you won't lose weight. You need to get an idea of how many calories a day you're eating so you can see how you need to cut back in order to lose weight.
 
i agree diet is the big key to the stubborn belly fat. you need to do everything to get rid of it. cardio, weight training, tons of abs and a strict diet. its the only thing that worked for me. as soon as i slack on the diet, the belly looks bad again.
