So this is where i am at after roughly 1.5 years

So this is my progress after 1.5 years of going to the gym 5 days a week. I know it may not seem like great progress (my arms are still really small) but before i started i was really skinny fat.
I have very skinny wrists :) and would consider myself a hard gainer.
My goals however were not to become huge. I just want to be really really lean.
I took these pics last night and it is the first time i have seen myself in a pic after 1.5 years. I am nervous to post them but I am curious to hear some advise and comments.

Back needs work i know

hhahaah and i just realized i posted this in the womens section
can someone please move this to the mens:)

not sure what you started at but regardless, after 1.5 years, i'd say thats great. we look like we have the same body type although im sure im much lighter/skinnier. what are your stats?

Looking really cut and lean. Yeah mate. Womens section, how many times have I seen that before. Could try bulking up and hit the weights harder which might help you get off the 167, but you do look good atm.

i'm trying a new routine to bulk up some and coupling it with some monster of a weightgainer.. i'll let you know if it works.

I surf a lot so that helps the chest i think
I am doing a 4 day cycle right now

day 1
cardio 15 mins
back 4 to 5 different exercises at 3 sets each
abs

day 2
cardio 15mins
Shoulders 4 exercises
Bis 4 exercises
abs

day 3
cardio 15 mins
chest 4 exercise
tris 4 exercises

day 4
no cardio
legs
lots of squats
forarms
some abs

day off

start over

my diet is very clean and I think i could gain a lot of size if i cut back on cardio and did not worry about diet so much. But I am not looking to get big. My goal is to be the perfect BMI and just really lean.

My tip:
Apples...getem in ya. Two a day and make sure one is just as your walking into the gym. They are better than any of the NOexplode ****.

I would like to put on 5 - 10 pounds of muscle

No-one is perfect, my newest forum friend. While I agree diet is king and the nutrients can be the decision maker, one fruit item just contributes a small fraction to the total circumference of the diet application of the body.

Good luck with more progress. Glad to see you around. The members are here to help one another.

And, I think this pic was used before.

I bet you posted it here on purpose so the chicks would naturally check it out.
