Hello all
Hope you are doing great.
So couple of days ago I did a body analysis and honestly it wasn't shocking.

I'm now 98.5 Kg (25.5 kg of fat), I'm also 21 years old and 181 cm
And my goal is to reach 70 Kg then build some muscles ( I don't wanna be a body builder )

So can someone give any advice to help me lose weight ? Like certain excercises or diet programs ?

Hi Jaber,

As your goal is to lose weight (fat), I would recommend you to follow a structured calorie deficit nutrition plan along with a routine of strength training. It is eating less calories than you burn off for the day, which is going to help losing fat. I would recommend you to go on a deficit of 500-600 kcal for the day which will help you lose around 1 lbs per week. Also, keep your protein intake upto the mark so that you don't lose muscle mass during fat loss process and end up getting lean muscles also.
