So, I'm new here.
The name's Chels, or tatertot, as everyone calls me these days.
I am on the road to a better body and self image and better mental health and looking for people to talk to and stuff along the way.
So i am starting at 220 pounds, i am 5 foot tall,even. Five foot shit, if you will. And my goal weight is 130-155. I carry most of my weight in my belly and thighs.
I also want to be able to strengthen my knees and ankles, which are very weak, i roll my ankles almost biweekly and have started wearing braces 24/7. So I want to strengthen them enough so that i can jog everyday like I used to. I am also going to avoid the gym at all costs, and do all of my workouts in my home or at the track/football field in my town. For the first 2-4weeks all of my workouts will be very low impact, no running, jogging, or biking, while i do lots of knee/ankle muscle bulding. then after that i will be doing lots of jogging, sprints, bleachers, cross country running.

I am really nervous and excited to start working out again, I've been in a deep depression for a while now, but I'm feeling much better now. Better than i have in probably five years. and no i am not on crack or anything, just the natural high of happiness for once.
