So much for a short introduction..

Where to start? Well I am Hazel (obviously), i'm pretty shy and dont normally join anything like this, normally I just watch from the outside, but well I took the plunge and joined. I'm 19, from the UK and a student.

Anyways, I would like to lose 10-14lbs, or less, it just depends when I feel happy with my body. I'm not overweight so I don't really want to write my weight and bmi right now, I dont want to be judged.Although I may be normal weight, I really do have what I can only describe as a tire around my stomach. So here I want to lose weight in general, but especially my stomach = no more white bread :( I also just generally want to be fit.

So my plan is:
As I get really stupid and obsessive, which causes me to fail I have decided not to have a set plan as such.

I will not weigh myself until I see a noticable difference on myself, as previously I weighed myself everyday and it just got me depressed. I know around what weight I am now, so thats ok.

My food plan is similar in that I dont have a plan as such, I let my body tell me when its hungry, so Ive started having 5 small meals a day, which is working very well, apart from me consuming too few calories.Oh yeah also I'm a vegan. I eat a lot of veg, but no fruit, which i need to change. I also drink a lot of green tea.

And for exercise Ive started dancing at home, as its the only exercise I know I will do daily, I guess it sounds pretty stupid, but I just jump around a lot for a straight half hour until im exhausted. But better than no exercise I guess.

Lol...I'm pretty much an idiot.
