So I was thinking...

Unless you live under a rock you've heard about people drinking juices to loose weight and for the amazing health benefits. So I'm thinking about buying a juicer and doing just that!! I am so sick and tired of being overweight and tired and angry with myself. I don't mean just drinking juices all the time. NO!!!! But I want to drink at least two big glasses a day. I think it would do wonders!! Lucky I love fruits and veggies!!
Anybody out there doing this?? Can you tell me about your experiences good or bad?? I think it would help!!!
Notice my enthusiasm tonight?? YAY!!!

Drinking juice made from fruit and veg is certainly going to help your health since you'll get your 5 a day easily, but for weight loss I don't think it's any kind of magic cure. Eating healthy doesn't necessarily mean weightloss.

I support the idea but I just think you need to be realistic about how much it's going to help, you don't need to buy fancy things like juicers to lose weight, you just need to get a grip on the basics of calorie counting to limit your intake and cause a steady loss.

Not looking for a magic cure :)

I think it would help with the weight loss in the sense that veggies and fruits can make you feel full. (Yes, I know the diet has to be a balanced one!)They are calories after all. I just think it's a win win situation!!

Some fruit and veg can make you feel full, some fruit is quite high cal for it's weight though.

The best thing to do is make sure you know roughly how many calories are going into the smoothie then you can get the best of both worlds.
