I've never been heavily involved in any sport, or had any excuse to push my body to the limit. However, at my college, I have a covered gym membership which I'd like to make good use of.
I can probably go around 4/5 days a week for about 2 hours, which would actually be pretty good since some days I do a lot of studying and it would be great to get a physical work out.
I'm 18, about 130 lbs, 5'6, generally have a skinny build, but as of late I noticed my cheeks and neck getting slightly chubby...
Can anyone recommend a 2 hour a day workout routine for someone who DOESN'T play sports or has ever worked out before (see: nerd). My body is pretty wimpy.
Also can you recommend a diet? For religious reasons I'm currently a vegetarian...if you know of any sites that can give me a proper diet with enough protein please be free to share...if not I'll probably break my 12 month vegetarian spree and start eating meat again (this working out thing IM really serious about).
