Also When i used to somewhat of a double chin but now its just kinda chilin there. I do plan on losing another 10 pounds, this may 17th would be a year i kept myself disciplined by eating healther(except some of my off days =P) and working out. Any input would be great!

If you've lost that much weight, I'm sure you have some insight into how weight-loss works....and you already well know that there isn't such thing as "spot-reduction".

I've seen plenty of thin people with double-chins, sometimes it's just part of the architecture and your genetics. It could also be that the skin was stretched and just won't suck-in. If it means a lot to you, there's lipo....or you could look into this proceedure where they inject something and it dissolves the fat. I met a lady who has it done and she swears by it...she's also about 50-something and looks absolutely amazing!!! I asked her if it works (the proceedure) and she pulls-up her shirt and says "you tell me"......

I doubt 10 pounds is going to make that much of a difference, but you could try to lose that and see if your're happy with it.

But remember.....it's who you are on the inside that counts, not what you look like on the outside!!!

JUST KIDDING!!!

I'm sure it's expensive, but doesn't that lipo-dissolve treatment do spot reductions in fatty tissues? That's what they advertize on the radio anyway.

I'd be maybe a little weary of going that route though. But I don't know that much about it, so it might actually be perfectly safe.

I don't know much about it either....but I'm very skeptical of most stuff. Again, the gal I've met a few times swears by it, but my feelings are that until I've lost as much weight/fat as I reasonably can the natural way...I'll not resort to such things.

Getting some shots seems much less involved then lipo. I'd imagine lipo is just like major surgery where you're in a OR and all that stuff. Whereas the injection thing is probably an in-office proceedure, I'd have to guess a couple hundred. Would it work for your situation, I dunno....if it's fat, they'll have to dissolve or suck it, if it's loose skin, they may need to tuck it. But if it is fat, it should eventually burn away as you continue to lose weight.

Ya know, even the most beautiful people in the world get old and their looks fade...it happens to everyone. I think the most important thing is just to be healthy and make the most of what you have to work with. Sure, get a nice haircut, wear some nice clothes, take the time to put yourself together...but there has to be a line where we just find a content state within ourselves.

Myself, I'm losing weight, getting in shape and even got some laser hair-removal done on my back & shoulders....but at the same time my hair is receding & thinning, there's some bags forming under my eyes and no matter what I do I'll never have that fresh young look that you see with the kids in their late 20's and early 30's in the gym. But then again, I see lots of guys in their 60's & 70's who'd love to have what I've got. That's life for ya, you get to experience it from different perspectives.

I'm not suggesting you ignore it, but focus more on the parts of your body that are in good shape and that you do enjoy. And just so you know, almost all the "beautiful people" have some aspect or quality to their physical features that they hate or are embarrssed of. If you're like me, you're focusing all too much on the bad and you're even making it out to be worse then it really is. Focus on what you can change, don't waste time on the rest.
