so i got this gut...

i have a gut. does that mean i should bulk and cut later, or try to lose the gut first? ive made some nice gains in muscle mass and id hate to lose some of it. but would the difference be that noticable? would maintaining a good diet with proper weight training help me keep most of what ive gained while trying to lose the gut? would the loss in muscle mass even matter? im perplexed. what do u guys think?
 
id try to do both at the same time. generally its because muscle and fat are rivals... you eat protein and it naturally burns fat during the digestion process.

what i do is lift every other day and rollerblade everyday. sometimes treadmill.
as far as a diet i do protein for two days and then carbs + fats one day to keep my metabolism boosted. either way dont go over your caloric limits... depending on age and weight and what not.
