So I finally joined a gym. So now that I actually have the equipment at my disposal..I need a real workout plan. I don't really care about size or anything, I just want to get stronger. I've pretty much been tinkering at my house for a while with a barbell and dumbbells, so I never really got strong. Today I benched 115. I want that to improve drastically. I'm 6' 5" at 184 pounds. I plan on going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I was looking into different workouts for strength and ran into the 5x5 full body plans. I don't really know whats ideal for me..Any tips for strength training? I pretty much will only have my friend with me for spotting 3 times guranteed a week. But I wouldn't mind going alone and do some simple things. Well thanks in advance!
