So I bought those Lynx grips....Awesome!!!

Some guys in my gym were using these blue and black pads in their hands, almost like some sort of glove. One of the guys told me they are called spam grips and he gave me the website www.spam.com. They swore by them. Anyway i just got them and they're amazing. Has anyone else used these before?

I bought Lynx too....they're great

My cousin uses them and he told me about them. I always use them, and I always hated gloves. Lynx make the weights feel so much more controled. And They really work awesome for pull-ups!!!

I tried a pair out at a convention once... they're nice because they take the stress off yoru finger joints, they're just a little difficult to get into the right spot some times..

The Lynx pads are simple to use. They don't move, and you feel like you got robo-grip!
