Hey ppl,
I'm 19 years old, 5'5, 170 lbs. My goal weight is 150, for now anyway. I already lost 20lbs so far, but I'm having trouble getting any further. I thought I'd try this and see if it motivates me. I gotta admitt, I'm a little skeptical, but I come here with an open mind. I wanna be healthier, and I wanna like myself again. But I'm trying to do it naturally, in other words I don't wanna take any form of diet pills, I don't wanna try weird products or starvation diets. I simply need motivation to stay active, and take my workouts to the next level because I think I'm in a rut. I read someone's post a few minutes ago who said that admitting you have a problem is the first step, so here goes: I feel fat. I do not like my body, I need to lost weight. Please HELP! :)
